The inner side of the shell is smooth, making it easy to install the connector. Each shell has 2 printed circuit board supports molded inside and a lap structure that provides IP54 protection, dust and splash resistance. The Hammond 1591 series is particularly suitable for applications that require repeated assembly and disassembly. The shell flange cover is particularly suitable for wall or frame installation and has shell safety. Made of standard ABS or flame-retardant ABS that is easy to process, the flame-retardant type has a flammability rating of UL94V-0. The flange type can be used for enclosures that require wall or bracket installation and for applications that require additional safety (by limiting access to cover screws). The 2-piece overlap structure provides dust and splash protection. The built-in card guide rail accepts a 1.5mm PC card cover fixed with M3x10mm machine screws and is threaded to a through-hole brass liner. The size does not include the cover (including the cover height, which will increase by 4mm). This suitcase is molded with flame-retardant ABS plastic and has a flame-retardant rating of 94V-0. Provide black, RAL 9011 color casing or gray, RAL 7035 color casing. The display and keyboard areas are recessed and made of flame-retardant ABS plastic molded for film equipment, available in black (RAL 9011) or gray (RAL 7035) - material UL flammability rating of 94V-0. The handheld part of the shell has a dark gray (RAL 7012) soft edged plastic handle. The shell is assembled with M3-0.5x18mm Philips mechanical screws and can be screwed into an integral brass bushing. The integral brass bushing can be inserted into the upper half of the shell to provide dust and splash protection. The IP54 printed circuit board mounting part is molded to the top and bottom of the shell, with or without a battery door/battery box containing one or two detachable end plates, making it easy to modify.
